If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 1 hour of placing it. Email us at orders@dsprintsindia.com with your order number in the subject line and we'll handle it right away.
We take the utmost care with every order. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please follow the steps below to request a replacement:
- Returns are not applicable on any orders since all products are personalized.
- Replacement requests submitted after 2 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
- Fragile items damaged in transit are covered under this policy if reported in time with valid unboxing video proof.
Since all products at DS Prints India are custom-made and personalized specifically for you, refunds cannot be issued once an order has been processed and customization has begun.
If there is a defect or error on our part, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. Our team will review your case and offer a suitable resolution — which may include a reprint or product correction.
