In these Terms, "you" and "your" refers to the user or visitor of the Site. "DS Prints India", "we", "us", and "our" refers to Digi Suggest Solutions, operating under GSTIN: 07AJVPT4577H1ZA, with its office at 10/239, A-2 Block, Bhagat Colony, Sant Nagar, Delhi – 110084, India.

By accessing and/or using this Site, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a contract under applicable Indian laws and that you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with any additional guidelines, rules, or policies posted on the Site. All such additional guidelines are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

You agree that we may communicate all legal notices and updates to you electronically, either by posting them on our Site or by sending an email to the address you provided at the time of registration.

Use of this Site is available only to persons who are legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" — including minors, un-discharged insolvents, etc. — shall not be eligible to use the Site.

Any minor who wishes to use or transact on the Site must do so only through their parent or legal guardian.

This Site and all its content — including graphics, photographs, images, artwork, text, fonts, video, audio, product designs, software tools, and other materials (collectively "DS Prints Content") — are the intellectual property of DS Prints India and/or its licensors. All rights are reserved worldwide.

It is strictly prohibited to sell, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or publish any portion of DS Prints Content without express written permission. DS Prints India reserves the right to add, remove, or modify any part of DS Prints Content at any time without prior notice.

To place an order on the Site, you may be required to create an account. By registering and using the Site, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use DS Prints Content solely for ordering customized products ("Products").

You represent, warrant, and confirm that:

• Any text, image, logo, trademark, or third-party work included in your Products has been obtained with appropriate permissions from the respective rights holders.
• The Products you order do not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• You will not submit, upload, or request printing of any content that is offensive, unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, indecent, hateful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
• You will not request content that improperly uses government emblems, national symbols, or other protected marks under the Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Act, 1950.
• You are solely responsible for your use of DS Prints India's design tools and any User Content incorporated into your Products.

DS Prints India reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to refuse to accept or process any order or uploaded content, and to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

All prices displayed on the Site are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other government levies. You agree to pay all applicable taxes on your orders.

If you are a registered business entity, you are required to provide your valid GSTIN and Entity Name at the time of placing an order. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your GSTIN and billing details. No changes to these details will be permitted once the order has been placed.

All Products purchased from the Site will be delivered to your provided address through our logistics partners.

DS Prints India will make its best efforts to deliver Products by the estimated delivery date. However, we cannot be held financially liable for any delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Bad weather conditions or natural calamities
• Flight delays or courier partner disruptions
• Political disruptions or unforeseen circumstances
• International trade complications or state laws

You undertake to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of placing your order. DS Prints India will not be liable for delays, non-delivery, or loss of shipment caused by an incomplete or inaccurate address.

If you are unavailable for delivery or refuse a second delivery attempt within 7 days of the first attempt, DS Prints India reserves the right to dispose of or return the Products, without any liability to you.

All prices, discounts, and promotional offers listed on the Site are subject to change without prior notice. Placing a product in your cart does not reserve the price displayed at that time.

The price charged for a Product will be the price applicable at the time the order is confirmed, as reflected in your order confirmation. DS Prints India shall not be held liable for any price fluctuations between the time you browse the Site and the time your order is placed.

DS Prints India accepts payments through various modes including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes only and will be confirmed at checkout based on serviceability.

For COD orders, payment must be made in cash or by card (if accepted by our delivery partner) at the time of delivery. No other mode of payment will be accepted for COD orders.

Any issues with a delivered Product must be reported to our customer care team within 15 days of receiving the order. Claims raised beyond this period may not be entertained.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method. For COD transactions, refunds will be processed via NEFT to a valid bank account provided by you. In most cases, refunds will be credited within 30 days.

DS Prints India is not responsible for, and refunds will not be issued for:

• Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by you
• Low-resolution or poor-quality images uploaded by you
• Design errors introduced by you during the creation process
• Errors in user-selected options such as finish type, quantity, size, or product type
• Damage to Products arising after delivery

Merchant Credit: If you opt to receive Merchant Credit in lieu of a monetary refund, such credit will be valid for 45 (forty-five) days from the date of issuance. Unused credit after this period will lapse and cannot be used for future transactions.

Once you raise a Product quality issue with our customer care team, we will initiate a pickup of the Product from your address as a prerequisite for processing the refund or replacement.

We will make three attempts to pick up the Product. If the Product is not picked up after three attempts, the pickup request will be marked as failed. You may initiate a new request, provided the issue is within the eligible return/exchange period.

Risk of loss and title for any printed Product passes to you upon our handover of the Product to the logistics/delivery partner.

For Products delivered in electronic or digital format, delivery is deemed complete either:

• At the time we email or electronically transmit the Product to you, or
• When we notify you that the Product is available for download on the Site.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DS Prints India, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms or any applicable laws.
• Any claim arising from text, images, graphics, or other User Content uploaded or provided by you and incorporated into your Products.

DS Prints India reserves the right to assume exclusive control over the defense of any such matter, at your expense. You agree not to settle any matter without the prior written consent of DS Prints India.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights available to you under applicable law to the extent they cannot be excluded by contract.

Any comments, suggestions, or feedback submitted by you to DS Prints India in connection with the Site or our Products shall be deemed non-confidential and shall become the exclusive property of DS Prints India.

By submitting feedback, you agree to transfer all rights, title, and interest in such feedback to DS Prints India at no charge, and DS Prints India shall be free to use such feedback on an unrestricted basis.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising from your use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

All issues related to the protection, infringement, or misuse of copyrighted materials shall be governed by the applicable copyright laws of India.
